What type of file do I need to provide for my logo artwork?

If the branding included is embroidery (refer product page Step 1) then jpg, pdf, ai and eps are acceptable.  Note for embroidery your colours will be matched to the closest thread colour available.

If the branding included is print then please provide vector artwork in pdf, ai, eps file format with all components converted to outlines.  If you do not have vector artwork then our team can re-create your logo for you at a cost of $45.00 per logo.

Can I swap my order size if it doesn't fit?

Unfortunately once your order has been branded we do not accept any exchange / replacement of sizes.  Please check the sizing chart listed on the product page carefully to avoid disappointment.   

What are the different payment options for my order?

Currently all orders must be paid in full via credit card during checkout.
